Sister Lily has attended God’s House of Refuge for about 15 years. She enjoys hanging out with her 4 children and 3 grandchildren. She is an outgoing individual who’s passion is growing closer to The Lord and ministering to all people!

Hello, my name is Monique Sims, and I am a 41 year old proud mom of 1. I have enjoyed working for a while as a nanny for 3 years, and then a daycare teacher for about 10. I enjoy family time, morning walks, christian concerts, and relaxing. I have fun being a part of the children's ministry and learn from them just as well. I have been with God's House of Refuge for over 20 years, and it has been a pleasure to watch kids grow into young men and women seeking after God.

Hi, my name is Alexis Sims and I am one of the childrens church teachers. I enjoy being apart of this ministry because I am able to teach children about God and the bible. The thing that brings me the joy from teaching, is when the children come back a week or two later and still remember the things taught to them. This a good reminder that they are listening to and learning from the bible. I hope to be able to teach for more years to come and that I can bring kids to Christ!
