God's House of Refuge church was established May 2007 by the late Pastor James Otis Sims, Sr. Together with his wife, Linda, they ministered in Easton, California until his passing in 2016. Prior to this, the couple had the privilege of serving as pastors and in music for over 20 years. Linda Sims, current pastor, continues the work of the Lord by sharing the gospel and the love of Christ in the Fresno community.
